Shipping policy

All items are shipped via USPS - you will be provided with a tracking number via email when shipped. All items are shipped within 48hrs.

Lost Mail: Once your item is shipped the responsibility lies with USPS - for lost packages or items showing delivered see below. 

Please call your local post office and ask to speak to the post master ( be sure to call your local office and not the 800 number - this will get you better results ) and let them know.

Also a few tips from previous experiences with the post office.

• Check around your porch and with your neighbors - if you live in a complex check the office.
• Sometimes the package will be scanned delivered and then you receive it the next day or two.
