Shipping FAQs

All items are packed and shipped within 48hrs. All Orders received after 11AM on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? Shipping times will vary based on where you are located and what method of shipping is used. 1st class postage can take 5-9 business days and priority shipping is 2-3 days. ( US orders only ) 

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER? Yes you will received a tracking number via email as soon as I print the label. 

MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DON’T HAVE IT YET?

Here are a few steps we suggest taking:

  1. Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered before they are physically at your address. Please allow up 24 hours to following a delivery confirmation before assuming there is an issue with the delivery
  2. Have you checked with your neighbors, and household? Sometimes people mistakenly have collected your parcel?
  3. Make sure your mail area is secure and leave a note to request that package not to be left unattended.
  4. Contact your local post office ( not the 1-800 ) this will get you a better response. Ask for the post master and tell them your package was scanned delivered but not received.
We cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing after obtaining a “Delivered” status. Please ensure that you provide a shipping address that is attended during the day if your mail area is not secure. If your order is mailed back to us due to be unsuccessful at delivered, we will issue a refund once the item is confirmed back at our warehouse
